With almost three decades of advancing community health, Tia has built a career grounded in Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, Marketplace coverage, and Community Health Center initiatives, paired with deep experience in healthcare consulting for projects recognized at the state and national level. As a Certified Community Health Worker and Certified Enrollment Assister, Tia’s reach is far and wide, spanning from individual assistance to providing guidance on national policies and programs. Tia serves on several boards, including the Pennsylvania Health Insurance Exchange (PENNIE), the PACHW Collaborative (as Board Chair), the YMCA Center for Healthy Living Community Advisory Board, and the Pennsylvania Health Law Project, and has served on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Advisory Panel on Outreach and Education.
