Jordonna currently works as the Community Based Care Management (CBCM) Program Manager for Alliance for Nonprofit Resources (ANR) where she oversees Community Health Workers (CHW) in Potter and Clarion counties. Jordonna has been a certified CHW since 2021 when she started working for ANR and helped build the CBCM program. After learning about the PA CHW Collaborative, Jordonna joined the Sustainability Committee, CBO Work Group and is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors.
