PACHW
Tomi Waters, D.Ed., is the Part-Time Communications Coordinator for the PACHW Collaborative. For the last three years, she has managed CHW COVID-19 training and continuing education programs for CHWs at Southwest Area Health Education Center, through a Centers for Disease Control grant to the Allegheny County Health Department. She has also served on the Advancement and Advocacy Committee of the PACHW Collaborative, and completed a CHW Statewide Retention Study with her co-chair. Prior to that, she served as the dean of Academic Affairs the Community College of Allegheny County, managing multiple disciplines along with twenty-three Allied Health programs. She is excited to continue her work with CHWs in this position in a new CHW organization.
